Job Description

  • We are looking for Client Acquisition Manager to operate independently in assigned area as regional representative of company
  • The candidates has to work on by cold calling, voice calling, referrals, social media marketing, mailers to procure contracts for Recruitment Process Outsourcing from the companies looking to outsource their manpower requirements to professional Agencies.
  • Develop the healthy business relationship with the existing associates.
  • Can procure the payment from clients after selected candidate have joined the company.
  • Able to execute assignments as delegated by the management.
  • The Candidate has to send daily reports to the head office and adhere to norms and policies of the company.
  • Showcase an extremely high level of understanding and becomes fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with key stakeholders, organizational structure to further demonstrate “We Become You”
  • Drive to get results and has proven ability to meet deadlines.
Desired Skills / Experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to participate effectively in a team
  • Has the ability to influence and drive best practice within an organization and with key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Preferred but not mandatory with candidates who has worked in business development role with recruitment services providers.
