Job Description

Overall experience of 7-9 years

Experience with: .Net framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Design patterns, JAVA

Experience with: MS SQL

Javascript, jQuery

Web API, RESTful Web API

CSS

Experience with Incident Management Processes

Working knowledge of Windows , Linux, Java, IIS, Apache servers

Ability to debug and analyze windows and web server logs

Flexibility to work on shifts

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Willing to work in 24x7 environment on shift basis

Support for Boarding & Servicing application portfolio of 12-16 individual applications.

Deployment Support

Triage issues with Windows Engineers, DBA, and Network Engineers

Support patching and verification schedules

Support for Boarding & Servicing application portfolio of 12-16 individual applications.

Role Info

Level 2/3 support for analyzing, troubleshooting incidents/issues at the application layer for apps built on dotNet platform.

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Degree in a related field and/or the equivalent in training and experience
  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
  • System design and development in a client server environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or Engineering
  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
  • Experience in an analytical, research, or project management environment in the credit card or software industry; programming experience with .Net development, including C# and C++
