Job Description

nullYou are responsible for

  • Create requirements, usability testing, manage validation planning and testing. Develop operator s documentation and train the trainer materials. Part of a cross specialty IQ trouble shooting team, marketing support
  • Manage and preform usability studies during the various steps of coil development & Maintenance. Perform clinical IQ testing on new coils as well as for modified coils
  • Manage clinical trials and develop system protocols.
  • Part of a cross specialty IQ trouble shooting team. Develop user documentation. Develop and preform Applications training.
  • Develop and execute an instruction program for the customers, to help customers understand the operation of the system and choice of functions
  • Monitor the use of each system by regularly contact with the users, solve problems about the operation of the system
  • Work closely with the product team to increase and maintain the application knowledge
  • Participate in the development of new functionality and the updated system settings
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer satisfaction issues/compliants.

You will be part of RFRC Coils business reporting to Clinical application expertTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor degree in Medical Imaging
  • 5+ years experience in hospital or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge in competitors product and technology is preferred
  • Good presentation, selling and communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Experience with Magnetic Resonance Imaging and RF Coils
  • Ability to get accurate local market data (hospital procedure volumes, market share, etc.)
  • Mandatory Personal Skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with team members, customers, and business partners
  • Ability to represent the Company at professional functions in a competent manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
