Job Summary:Summary:You will be a contributing member of the Infrastructure Engineering team within the Global Technology Solutions group. The team is responsible for the design, build and continuous improvement of the public core services, virtualization and storage platforms as well as foundational services such as AD and DNS. We are looking for eager, energetic individuals that are capable of supporting virtualization, storage and identity & access management platforms in a hybrid cloud environment. Responsibilities: Document all relevant material related to the infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes Use tools and automation to improve operational processes Ability to pursue aggressive development and expansion of new shared services Perform post-resolution problem analysis on major incidents Monitor, test, collect and analyze system performance and keep metrics up to date Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations Participate in 24/7 on call support rotation Manage day to day escalations Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securingQualifications Number of Years of Work Experience: 5 Required Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments Ability to establish new standards for quality, performance or productivity Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demands with little oversight. Team Player with communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills. Must be able to work in a team environment with a can do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges. Security first, proactive mindset Experience in scripting & automation Experience with Vmware and Azure virtualization platforms Experience with an ITSM tool such as RemedyForce, ServiceNow.
