Final Delivery to Developers (Zeplin/marvel & Invision prototypes) Engagement and content framework Drive initiatives and enhancements leading to improvement in retention and engagement ratios Manage and drive mobile app multilingual strategy to drive business and engagement metrics. BUSINESS FUNNEL MANAGEMENT Define/map Mobile app end to end funnel (customer journeys) definitions, defining the loopholes and joining the dots through technology and relevant communication. Use of attribution platforms to collect relevant data through defined customer journeys, analyze the data, measure the journey (App Vs website) Go to Market Strategies (360 degree campaigns)- Strategizing, planning and execution Driving mobile app disbursal contribution through mobile app ecosystem with smart owned assets integration, ASO and backlink strategies. APP RANKINGS/SERP/ASO Driven App rankings for app category and top free apps on both play store and app store Drive Rankings defined through smart integrations in owned assets, cross pollinating through different consumer touch points, driving reviews and ratings and mobile app backlink strategy.
