* Duties and Responsibilities - Key responsibility is to drive transaction for Consumer Durable business and other categories using Marketplace/EMI Store Generate targeted traffic through avenues available on App Track business funnel through available tools & data support Execute campaigns understanding customer segment & app behaviour Creating right content & proposition for driving business Acquiring right set of targeted customers through 360 degree acquisition campaigns to drive business numbers. Using customer clickstream on & off platform for retargeting Deep successful engagement with Business and internal stake holders , * MBA with minimum 6-8 years of Work experience in relevant domain Experience in driving business numbers through digital channels preferred. Ecommerce business driven experience will be an add on advantage. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
