Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities - 1) Drafting, reviewing and vetting of agreements. 2) Assisting the branch admin team in documentation work at ground level. 3) Coordinate with outsourced partners & branch admin team in carrying out research on varied property legal issues, opinion sharing on varied legal matters. 4) Coordinate and support to branch admin team for scheduling lease registrations till completion. 5) Coordinate with local lawyers at branch locations to have the due diligence reports with in TAT 6) To build up a robust eco system for all property legal activities for smoother operations. 7) Handling the E2E property documentation activity and submit to repository on timely basis. 8) Preparation of written statements/ Affidavits / Counter Affidavit / Applications in property related matters. 9) Publishing periodic MIS on various updates like legal due diligence clearance, lease registration schedule, registration execute, lease deed renewal reminders etc. 10) Coordinate along with HO Legal Team for issuance of Letter of authority for lease registration and other statutory proceedings/applications of behalf of BFL. 11) Coordination with Infra & Compliance team at HO on various updates and publish various updates, trackers, reports, MIS on various legal activities. 12) Handle all property related matters post registration of lease (if any) and provide necessary documentation support to branch admin team. , Educational Qualification - LLB, LLM or Law Graduate Key Skills 1. Experience to handle property legal matters. 2. Contract drafting, reviewing, drafting of legal notices/replies and in litigation matters. 3. Strong written and oral communication skills. 4. Existing proficiency in Microsoft Office software products including Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 5. Should have worked in a process-oriented environment. 6. 3 to 5 years Post Qualified Experience preferably in Finance Industry or from Law Firm. Total Year of Experience - 8 10 years of experience
