Duties and Responsibilities - Will be front face for Collection Systems Governance & Change Management Responsible for process & system development as per Collections Requirement Responsible for timely Communications on the system enhancement and co-ordination with stake holders Responsible for co-ordination with COE & Collections team for ongoing changes / projects and identification of change management scope for collection systems Responsible for co-ordination with IT team for IT related requirements / developments & delivery plans Accountable for complete allocation of all delinquent cases Building checks and control to ensure complete allocations in collection system Accountable for user management and system configurations. Responsible to maintain system compliance and processes. Accountable for planning for the required changes and seamless delivery of system change areas Support the Collections team by co-ordination with IT team and other stake holders for uninterrupted system availability and smooth functioning of Collection systems Understand the improvement areas, need of collections team and work closely with concern stake holders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions and get them delivered Scope of the duties cover defining requirements, getting it Developed and maintain it further considering the project / business requirement of project Policies and Procedures. Accountable for user management and system configurations. , A minimum of about 3 years experience in same field and overall 4 years of experience Post graduate from a reputed Institute Strong knowledge of collections and Change Management Processes Prior experience of work in Systems domain & User Management Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style both technical and non-technical audience Experience of IT / Project management will be advantage Interest and passion to work with highly aggressive team
