* Duties and Responsibilities - WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED Single node and owner of orchestration of digital marketing initiatives and programs Leverage the play of permutations that emerge from the plethora of formats and channels of engagement with the customer Work with various COEs within the function to manage various elements of each program KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media Conducting in-depth keyword and website research ad grouping and audience targeting Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies Developing executing and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders Defining measuring and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT Define and execute integrated digital marketing programs using technology platforms End to end ownership of each campaign PERFORMANCE MARKETING Drive campaign optimization through rapid A/B testing and iteration by leveraging COEs within the function Leverage analytics and BI inputs to improve campaign efficiencies , * ESSENTIAL SKILLS Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem Direct Hands-On experience of running large performance campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like Email, SMS, Push notifications, SEM, Programmatic, Cross Device Tracking, Remarketing and Display, and alike Strong experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy Comfort with marketing technology interface and abreast of latest mobile technologies APTITUDE Stretch, Speed and agility Manage change and ambiguity Passionate about possibilities PAST EXPERIENCE 4-6 years outbound campaign experience with hands on experience of platforms and console is a must Previous experience of campaign automation platforms is a must Postgraduate in business management or a specialization in digital marketing
