Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities: Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs Designing e-learning courses Offline Learning material workshops and more Evaluate individual and Business development needs Implement various learning methods Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Training Delivery Taking care for Alternate Channel training for business teams (end to end journey coordination) Employee delivery training Training Need Identification Gaining deep understanding of business s short & long-term objectives challenges product portfolio customer s profile and other nuances to provide tailored learning interventions for capability development. Ensuring and measuring the impact of training and its relevance to participants. Measuring the final business impact of training. Scheduling & having conversations with stake holders from business COE and Product at frequent intervals to understand business nuances. Content Design & Delivery Create learning designs for multiple forms of learning interventions ranging from classroom VILT to self-paced learning. Co-ordinate with business teams to ensure content is delivered as scheduled - Provide relevant periodic status updates to the head of each team aligned to the project to ensure consistency and update effectiveness of programs.
