Portfolio Risk management for PL Cross Sell business through Acquisition Policies and Account Management. Monitor, maintain and improve all policies and processes for Tele Binding. Track and Work towards improvement of key performance indicators, portfolio quality. Support in managing and improving various offer strategies, control offer generation and distribution. Ongoing liaising with IT, Credit and BIU teams to ensure all policies, processes, data flow are working efficiently and all required changes are build and implemented suitably. To understand the behavior of the customer segments taking unsecured loans. To do data collection process, quality monitoring from a risk perspective and error verification techniques/ methods To understand the current industry scenario, market and competitor intelligence. Preparation and maintenance of adequate MIS for Acquisition and Portfolio tracking. To take proactive actions on the basis of portfolio performance , * CA/MBA (finance) / CFA from a reputed Institute Minimum experience of 3 years. Good data management, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of data warehousing tools for data querying/ capture Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic functions, filters, vlookups, pivots, macros, financial modelling etc.) Understanding of Line management tools and its implications. Good Presentation skills
