Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Web distribution Funnel & sourcing strategy Increase Industry share through new digital practices for personal loan in Business and Professional Loan Complete responsibility for top of funnel middle funnel and bottom of funnel initiatives with MAU retention and NPS as key metrics Create and implement effective funnel & sourcing strategies and fulfilment team for Business and Professional Loan towards achievement of sales objectives Democratize new practices across the organization 2. Asset Performance & Capabilities Own the overall customer journey experience for Business and Professional Loan across web distribution points to ensure best in class customer experience Implement strategic view across asset to enable business growth Lead a culture of growth through continuous improvement by sponsoring new capabilities 3. Customer obsession & governance Relentless focus on making customer interactions non-intrusive. Become custodians of self-service digital customer journeys across internal & external digital distribution avenues Create a strong governance framework that eliminates over communication fatigues Zero tolerance for customer complains 4. Data at the center of the plate - Be data-driven create hypotheses run experiments lead with data Lead & develop data governance practice for Business and Professional Loan Deploy data-led offer enrichment & business propensity programs product recommendation & affinity models to improve conversions Deliver higher approval rates by continuously scrubbing customer s data for offers & risk policies Continuously deploy A/B- MVT testing programs to increase conversions , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 8-10 years of experience (at most) in building products and/or features in banking or NBFC domain Post-graduation in Management from a Tier 1 B school, with graduation in Computer sciences or equivalent from a Tier 1 Engineering college Deep customer focus by understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences Detailed orientation & very structured thinking, who can think of customers full journey and experience. A deeply analytical mindset and track record for making data driven decisions whilst also building business intuition around the credit product Ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment and attribution tools and ability to do deep data analysis to develop recommendations Strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborating with cross functional teams
