Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION-Good Knowledge about CMM machine operation & operating- Good Knowledge programming & trouble shooting of CMM- Responsible for part cheeking - Timely completion inspection of lots-Create & validate CMM programs-Operate CMM independently.-Manual Inspection of the parts as and when necessary.- Analyse and interpret CMM measurement output - Generate and maintain final inspection records- Study drawings and ballooning features & provide quality inputs for estimations. - Work in shifts independently handing day to day activities, maintenance of CMM,Measuring instruments etc.-Calibration of instruments, upkeep, record maintenance of CMM and all otherinstruments.Preferred Technical/Functional Skills -Should have CMM Zeiss (CALYPSO Software) hands on experience.-Candidate will be primarily responsible for online and offline programming of Calypso .-Should have good knowledge of GD&T.-Hand on Knowledge of Basic problem solving tools , SPC, SQC, Poka Yoke, 7 QC tools, Six Sigma, APQPPreferred TrainingBasic problem solving tools, 7 QC tools, Green belt Six Sigma, Process capability studyQMS 9001, Internal Auditsinterested candidate can apply:Mail :- hidden_emailContact No :- hidden_mobileBest & RegardMohd Waseem Raza(HR)
