Work on design, visualization and media development independently/be a media lead for any kind of complexity level media project Build Functional Competency as Media Lead - Conduct Training, Present in Media Forums, Mentor and Coach aligned media team members, drive reusability and other media practice initiatives for self and aligned media team members Create high-end cutting edge design for Complex projects/New Showcase demo samples Provide Media Solutioning Support Working through the various phases of development, integration & deployment Communicate with clients and share the strategy, ability to understand client requirements and translate the same to the deliverables with high level of creativity Understanding client requirement and suggesting the appropriate communications/learning solution Macro and Micro strategy for learning and communications solutions Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from Storyboards/creative brief Development of graphics/media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) and ensuring the quality levels Create and maintain Graphic Standards, Guidelines & Check lists for the Project Interacting with Communications Consultants, Instructional Designers for Visualization of the graphics Tracking & Maintaining development time Creating/animating original art Audio and Video editing Develop re-usable assets like graphics, icons, clip arts Project coordination, and tracking Functional lead as an expert to guide, coach and mentor all graphic designers Experience 2-12 years of work experience in the creative field of learning, media, advertising and communications industry Should possess fair knowledge of e learning standards, and SCORM/AICC standards Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and learning architecture and various Application simulation tools Should have expertise in working across varied products across web, print and digital for creative communications like telestrations, Prezi presentations, Multimedia Animations using cutting edge technology and ability to adapt to new requirements/new tools.,
