  • You will be leading a team of 15-25 Collections Officers and ensure that targets for timely collections && recovery is met
  • You will be responsible for monitoring && reviewing the performance of collections officers, ensuring productivity and adherence to the collections process
  • You will build relationships with clients to build trust and assist your team on field visits && mentor them to drive target achievement
  • You will lead recruitment, training && mentoring of collections officers; Identifying performance gaps and training the team on best practices
  • You will engage with managers and the central team to drive enhancement of the collections process and new initiatives
