Job Description

Position Commercial Head (Finance & Logistics) Location Pune corporate office at Fatima Nagar Reporting Managing Director Designation Senior Manager to General Manager Qualification B.com with MBA in Finance or any other post graduate degree. Gender Male candidates only CTC upto 12L per annum The desired experience is for 8 years +, out of which as Head position for at least for 3 years in a corporate set up. The desired skills and responsibilities are as follow 1.Will be responsible for overall accounts function of the company. 2.Should be able to actively participate in budget discussions 3.Good hands-on in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Well versed with ERP environment 4.Should independently compile all information of periodic returns, audits under VAT / CST / Excise / Service Tax, GST, etc. 5.Should be able to handle all TDS related work viz. payment, return, reply to notices of return, filling correction statement etc. 6.Computation of income tax individual and TDS deduction, submitting TDS Return. 7.Co-ordination with Internal & Statutory Auditor. 8.Monthly MIS Profitability Statement, Cash Flow Statements, Customer Vendor Reconciliation status. 9.Daily fund management, suppliers payment, cash management. 10.Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and Stock Statements. 11.Capacity to handle team of 4-5 persons 12.Ability to resolve all problems regarding data entry, viz bill passing, sales invoicing, banking etc 13. Records and documentation required to be maintained under company law. 14.Monitoring Warehouse & logistics related operations 15.Company Stock management & frequent audits 16.Preparing company Balance sheets independently 17.MUST Skill Analytical thinking, Excellent in MS Excel, Communication skills and statutory related updated understanding for the function / business and giving business insight to the bo ard in terms of budget vs actuals ,
