Job Description

Job Profile : Deputy Manager - CommercialExperience Required: 5 - 10 YearsLocation - Pune

  • Order booking and management;
  • Dealer account reconciliation;
  • Dealer booking Vs billing reconciliation;
  • Dealer claim settlement and obtaining NDC from dealers;
  • Set Credit Limits as per guidelines set by Accounts Heads in consultation with ZM/RM/Sales head in case of credit billings.
  • Monitor Paid stock and Working capital of dealers in the zone.
  • Audit of Retail /Deliveries;
  • Monitor ratios of high risk dealers and chart action plan/monitor for improving ratios;
  • Track Exposure and advances of high risk dealers for recovery;
  • Ensure renewal of bank guarantees for dealers in the zone by personal follow up.
  • Proactively provide early warning signal in respect of financial position / business prospects of any Dealer.
  • Monitor securitization and provide support for new BG s and BG enhancements
  • Provide necessary financial reports to area office RM/ZM for decision making
  • Ensure implementation of DMS under HO guidelines
  • Expense Budgeting and monitoring of actual
  • Review compliance with internal controls on purchases, payments, incentives, promotion spends, bank reconciliations, dealers reconciliations, in the Area Offices under the Zone, stock yard stock reconciliations as per SAP and actual stock
  • Provide counsel to Regional Managers & Area Managers in respect of Commercial issues including Expenses control, Working Capital Management, Credit and resolution of issues / claims raised by Dealers;
  • Carry out / arrange Audits of Area Offices /Stock Yards / Dealers etc and ensure reconciliation of Accounts with Dealers.
  • Audit of area offices as per guidelines of Central Accounts function
