Job Description

    At least 12 months experience in Language coaching on the floor,covering phonetics, places and manner of articulation, grammarcoaching including all elements of speech tree, US and UK culturesensitization training, etc.The candidate should be able to demonstrate depth of knowledge inlanguage coaching such as correction of enunciation, recording feedbackduring conversation, aspects of sharing structured feedback, trainee profilingand handling, etc.Required skill set5+ Years of related work experience. Excellent command over written and spoken English without anygrammatical error, only candidates with phenomenal communication,presentation and public speaking skills will be considered Proven work experience on Soft skill training/ Behavioral training/ V&&ATraining, or Training Facilitator Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web deliverytools Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop,coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with otherteams, clients and cross functional teams. Must have proficiency with various software applications programs includingMicrosoft Word, Excel && PowerPoint to meet daily reporting needs.
