Job Description

    A minimum of 3-5 years experience in personnel and community management. Extensive experience in social web outreach, proficiency with native social media platforms and analytics. Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies or related fields or equivalent work experience. Outstanding communication skills, including solid verbal, written and listening. Strong research and analytical skills A strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.). Experience working with task management software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Basecamp is a plus Experience at a video game studio or publisher is required. Strategic thinker with strong leadership, management, and communications skills. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to work with other members across the organization. Extremely detail-oriented and driven to consistently meet deadlines. Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full work load.

      JOB DESCRIPTION

      In collaboration with the Product & Marketing Manager, you will determine the Community strategy of the game involving communication and participating in the schedule and the creation of online and offline events.

      You will work with the production team to define the tools necessary for proper management of the community in the game.

      You will implement and supervise content KPIs to demonstrate success and ROI of community programs and content.

      You will ensure crisis communication and competition watch.

      You will gather and synthetize various game data from multiple territories (bug reports, community reports, etc.)

      In collaboration with Marketing and Development teams, you will guarantee the production of community assets such as screens, podcasts, videos, etc.

      You will collaborate with the project management team and Worldwide Marketing teams to adapt the Live strategy based on community needs (events, communication, patch, etc.)

      You will act as spokesperson for the game or franchise you will be in charge.

      You will need to maintain consistent and positive presence in discussion forums in order to understand the state of the community, and what they need.

      You will need to build and maintain relationships with key community influencers.

      Create player-facing resources and content such as guides, videos, FAQs to help enhance and deepen the player experience.

      Brainstorm on the right assets to appeal to our target audience and make the project stand out from competition.

      You will be responsible for initiating, organizing, coordinating events involving studio visits from fans, chats with Development Teams, contests etc.
