Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ROC Compliances as required under the Companies Act 1956.
  • Organize Board Meetings and General Meetings of the Company
  • Preparation of Minutes of the Meeting and circulate the same to the directors and other interested stakeholders of the Company.
  • Holding Audit Committee meeting as required under the Act.
  • Updation of Statutory registers
  • Preparation and filing of Luxury Tax Returns.
  • Appearing before the Asst Commissioner for Assessment of the Luxury Tax.
  • Appearing before the Commissioner of Special entry Tax for Refund of Special Entry Tax paid.
  • Appearing before the Asst Commissioner Audit for assessment of the Special Entry Tax.
  • Appeared before Chief Commissioner of Income Tax for tax exemption to employees u/s 17 of the Income Tax Act.
  • Appear before the Bangalore city court in case of all Court Cases.
  • Formation of Society for Hearing Aid
