Job Description

    Configuration Management Analyst II Overview tIn a customer-facing environment, lead processing implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature. tDeliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.Role tProvide end-to-end project execution throughout processing implementation projects. tAssess and document customer needs and according implementation activities. tDrive customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology. tGuide customers through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specification and documentation tIdentify appropriate processing implementation support documentation tHandle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.All About You tAbility to interact well with the customer tGood verbal and written communication skills tSelf-starter with ability to learn independently tEffective organizational skills and attention to detail tAbility to understand theory /principles and apply it in the environment tAbility to work as a part of a cross functional team.COVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we re all in this together.
