Role Designation- Consultant Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes Technical and Professional Requirements- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education., At least 5+ years of experience with Oracle WMS., Good understanding of business process cycles such as Source to Contract, Purchase to Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick, Pack & Ship, and Shipment Transportation., Configuration of modules and impact assessment/ re-design of custom components in R12 environment., Preparing Functional Design Document, Requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis., E2E Integration testing and support user acceptance testing., Excellent communication skills and client interfacing capabilities. , Should have been involved in at least 2 end to end WMS implementations. , Ability to understand and convert the functional requirements to technical specifications and lead the engagement from Technical stand point., Location of posting will be based on business requirements.
