Must Have
  • Familiarity and development experience with the Standardization stage, utilizing Name and Address standardization rules sets.
  • Familiarity and development experience with standardization rules sets, including adding overrides and modifying pattern action language files.
  • Familiarity and development experience with the Investigate stage, including Character and Word investigate.
  • Familiarity and development experience with the IBM AVI and USAC/CASS address validation stages.
  • Familiarity and development experience with the Match stage, including Reference Match and Un-Duplicate.
  • Familiarity and development experience with Match Specifications and Match Passes and weight overrides.
  • The ability to develop DataStage jobs and sequencers.
  • The ability to use Director to monitor jobs and restart them.
  • Experience with WebSphere Information Services Director (WISD).
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing QualityStage teams made up of offshore and onshore resources.
  • Experience with an integration with IBM WebSphere MDM 9.1.
  • Experience with the Multi-National stage
Technical
  • DataStage 11.3 or higher
  • QualityStage 11.3 or higher
  • Unix scripting skills
  • Oracle 11g Experience
  • Experience/familiarity with Control-M is a plus
