  • Candidate will be part of the global team that owns and manages the production operations of large and technologically diverse Data Protection & Application Security systems/platforms.
  • A hands on Production Support role.
  • Implement strict adherence to ITIL support processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Release Mgmt).
  • Assist to roll out best practices, legal requirements, vendor/contractor controls, comply to CS guidelines and policies
  • Come up with innovative ideas to improve / automate existing process.
  • Work directly with internal global users and system owners.
  • Work closely Dev Teams, BAs, PMs, Platform and QA teams
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively, an equivalent education in one of these topics.
  • Overall knowledge on security concepts (data security & application security).
  • Good and strong knowledge in infrastructure components (DHCP, DNS, AD, PKI, virtualization)
  • Experience with Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP, RSA Archer
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively, an equivalent education in one of these topics.
  • Overall knowledge on security concepts (data security & application security).
  • Good and strong knowledge in infrastructure components (DHCP, DNS, AD, PKI, virtualization)
  • Experience with Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP, RSA Archer
  • Understanding of mail transfer (Exchange, Office365, SendMail) and network technologies (proxy, firewall, VPN, etc.)
  • Understanding of regulatory and legal requirements to data management and cross-boarding.
  • Understanding of Open Systems Interconnection model (OSI model)
  • Ability to coordinate and independently drive activities to an end.
  • Experience in encryption technologies and methods is a plus;
  • Any of industry recognized engineering and security certifications will be an advantage: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, ISO27001, MCSE, RHCE, CCNE, CCSE, CompTIA
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Good organization of work, attention to details and ability to work independently.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in encryption technologies and methods is a plus;
  • Any of industry recognized engineering and security certifications will be an advantage: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, ISO27001, MCSE, RHCE, CCNE, CCSE, CompTIA
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
