It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Program Manager on our Consumer and Small Business Strategy PMO team.What you ll achieve Dell Consumer and Small Business Sales (CSB) is looking for a world class Program Manager to join our Strategy Program Management Office. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving our highest priority global transformational initiatives. You will work with cross functional team members in aligning, prioritizing, and delivering game changing projects enabling our sales team greater capability in our competitive marketplace.You will:
• Drive Change the Business Strategies to accelerate Global Consumer and Small Business growth
• Deliver data driven insights. Analyze, recommend, and implement strategic acceleration initiatives aligned to global market, customer, competitive landscape and regional targets
• Influence cross-functional teammates and create alignment. Put GTM strategy in motion to deliver required ROI
• Respond quickly to changes to the overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture. Lead teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus and execute mitigations as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Communicate all program maturation and implementation related issues, mitigations, and resolutions to Senior Executive Leadership

• Passion for consumer electronics and creating deep customer value. Savvy working with customer account teams and customer-facing projects/programs
• Results-driven and able to motivate and inspire in a cross-functional, multidiscipline environment
• Ability to manage multiple and concurrent workstreams
• 10+ years related experience with a Master s Degree
• Ability to travel Internationally

• Should be strong-willed, a fast learner, and comfortable with ambiguity; constantly learning about new technologies and sales innovation
• Creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and situational leadership skills; ability to be agile and work under pressure with calmness and composure
