Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing user manual for the software application in simple word.
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Copyediting skills. You re a stickler for grammar and punctuation and have a deep appreciation for word and sentence variety
  • You re able to explain technical content compellingly, but can mix up your tone especially with humor with images.
  • Deadline - driven & detail - oriented. You must be able to meet deadlines and take pleasure in the details.
  • Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
  • Writing easy - to - understand user interface text, online help and user guides
  • Produce high - quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Create tutorials to help end - users. Tutorial must be ease and communicate those in a simple, easy manner.
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single - sourcing opportunities
  • Study product samples and talk with product owner, developers and other teams.
  • Organize and write supporting documents for software products
  • Standardize content across all software module.
  • Working knowledge of how to format in moodle this will be more helpful.
Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of creating video tutorials.
  • Good to have experience in JIRA and Confluence.
