Desired Profile:-Candidate must have excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.-Must have good command over English-Must have pleasant disposition-Must have good teaching skills for secondary classes-Should be loyal, sincere and committed to work long term.-Must be skilled in activity oriented teaching using creative and innovative teaching techniquesReceive planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.Ensure implementation of curriculumDraft Circulars and NewslettersKeep track of support programs as and where applicable.Monitor the activities related to Sports & Performing ArtsOrganize events and induction programs for teachersConduct curriculum workshops.Generate MIS Reports as on a periodic basisMaintain the registers as prescribedMaintain the data in ERP, relating to attendance of students, circulars to parents etc.Conduct demo sessions for the selection of teachers.Having regular communication with parents regarding students performanceMaintain discipline and conduct regular assessments of studentsConduct Student InductionMaintain history of studentsConduct orientation sessions for teachersClass Observation and Staff Appraisals.
