Job Title: Divisional Manager - CSR Outreach & Other Programs Location: Pune, Maharashtra Educational Qualification: Masters degree / MBA Marketing/Business Development / Social Sciences / Sustainability Management/ CSR/ Any related field Work Experience: 10 - 20 YearsResponsibilities:Develop an overall strategy for outreach and other programs Develop new strategy (including area definition) and prepare documentation outreach program to secure Board CSR Committee approval for the plan Develop annual functional. plans basis approval.Creating a pipeline of proposals: Proactively identify potential partners for implementation of outreach program components Work with Head Monitoring to ensure potential partners are reviewed as per CSR process.Project Management: Working with Partners and Finance/CS to complete project approval documentation (MOU with details of Activities, outcomes, means of verification, Finalizing annual and quarterly deliverables and Gantt/Logical Framework Tool for project implementation Organize additional support to partner if required Ensure collaboration among implementation partners across locations. Identify issues to be explored during Monitoring, assessments and Impact Assessments- ensure that the 3rd party led assessments are supported by partners. Review reports and utilization statements and approve funds disbursement. If feasible discuss additional/follow-up/scaleup proposals else, project closeout.Communications and engagement: Work with team for effective communication of projects with internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership, guidance and monitor associated Executives.Competency Requirements: Direct grassroot intervention experience in NGO sector- at least 5 years managing grant approval process specifically conduct of due diligence of partners, project development, project approval, contracting, budgeting and payments, monitoring, impact measurement and reporting and communication engagement with senior external stake holders specifically at level of District Collector, Municipal Commissioners Knowledge of CSR provisions of Companies Act 2013 Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Strong leader, team player & self-starter able to work with minimal supervision. Readiness to travel for project implementation and supervision,
