*Responsible for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting.Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for department management.Prepares analyses, reports, and special studies for management. Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.ExperienceIntermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.1) Manages application of accounting practices and works internal and ABO team for both CIL and implements recommended changes to accounting practices.2) Manages monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes; leads finance communication in Plant OR 3) Prepare and Manages the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast on manufacturing OH , 4) review of forecast in ABO and Global Supply chain team, 5)strong control environment across the key business cycles such as FA, Inventory, balance sheet reconciliations etc.6) prepare financial analysis for the Capital projects7) Inventory Valuation for plant.8) preparation of Inventory Turns and other key metrics required for KPI
