Credit Officers/Coordinators in Banking at Pune Navi Peth-MBA Finance Freshers WelcomeNo. Of Positions: -4Interview timings- 11.00 Am to 1.00 PM1.Candidate should have experience in credit processing in home loans industry./Candidates having experience or having a background in CA / CS firms will be preferred/Freshers with MBA in finance can also apply.Role & Responsibilities:

• To assess the business financials of the Proprietorship/Firm/company with good hold on ratio analysis
• To interact with the customer over the phone or personal discussion to understand the business and the loan requirement of the CM and suggesting the suitable product for them
• To guide the sales team and customer on documentation part and to act as an catalyst to complete the documentation
• To assess the rough loan eligibility as per the guidelines
• To Train sales team regularly on the product norms and documentation part
• To coordinate with Sales people to get expedite sanction of the case

Skill Set required:

Candidate Eligibility:

• Commerce graduate with good hold on written and spoken English
• Additional qualification like CA, CS, ICWA inter will be added advantage
• Experience of at least 1.5 years in similar roles or CA firm experience is preferred

• Interpretation of Credit Bureau Report, Assessment of Income, Analysis of Bank Statements, Assessing eligibility
• Customer Interaction to understand needs, finds solutions within the product range available
• Calculation of Net Present Values of maturing assets using excel sheets or programs
• Knowledge of basic legal documentation involved in an acquisition of a home
• Knowledge of technical fundamentals involved in an acquisition of a home
• Cash flow method of assessment of NRI Loans, Ability to assess a Salaried Loan
• Sanctioning :- File processing by coordinator within the time, Customer Calling, Query resolving, File login , Faster Sanction, Keeping a check on TAT for Login & Sanction., Checking the Quality of Calls to Customers & Processing by coordinators.
• Disbursement: - Customer calling after Sanction of Case, Disbursement Follow-up with Customer & Sales force, and Technical Updation for Disbursement, Resolving Legal Queries, and Fixing of Disbursement, Keeping a Check on TAT of Legal Updation, Technical Updation, and Disbursement Fixing.
• Project Approval Creation of Property No, Query Resolving, Builder Appointment, Project Approval, Keeping a Check on TAT of Project Approval.

Skillset & Eligibility:

• Candidate must be a graduate from any stream (preferable commerce or finance background)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Credit specifically Salaried (Preferably Full-time MBA Finance)
• Effective communication skills
