Job Description

Job OverviewThe CRM support Associate is responsible for providing support to Global teams on CRM Support related issues which involves CRM Administrator, improving the quality and value of customer data in Oracle CRM for sales the detailed responsibilities are listed below. The Associate will work closely with Veritas s Data & BI team and other parts of the global sales operations organization.Responsibilities:

    • Oracle CRM Account Coverage Data management and maintenance
      • Maintain Account territories, Account ownership, Named account flag, Account Type
      • Cleansing and population of missing D&B DUNS data to key criteria (e.g. Forbes G2000 list and major Global accounts)
    • CRM Account Hierarchy management and maintenance
      • CDB & D&B Hierarchy Maintenance act as first line support to field for requests to alter or update D&B data in CRM. Pass valid request to the customer data team for processing in CDB.
      • Strategic & Enterprise account hierarchy maintenance in CRM (i.e. parent/child relationships for sales coverage purposes)
Oracle CRM Account & Contact Data Quality management and maintenance o Work with (Peer Group) Data and Business Intelligence Data Librarians to complement macro company data quality updates and manage sales customer data accuracy in SFDC and Veritas s Customer Data Hub (CDH)o Provide first line support for Sales Customer Data Deduplication requests
  • Assist business units as needed with miscellaneous data and reporting needs
  • Utilize SQL Server and SharePoint to assist in analysis and reporting
  • Ability to coordinate and cooperate with people in different time zones
Maintain Territories in CRM System
  • Manage Territory creation and update requests
  • Handle all request related to Territory maintenance in Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM System)
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency and previous experience with Oracle Sales Cloud/ SFDC CRM
  • Proficiency and previous experience with Excel
  • Excel proficiency, including macro skills and fuzzy logic
  • Understanding of Dun and Bradstreet data including hierarchies
  • Experience in managing, extracting and cleansing high volumes of transactional data
  • Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, cross functional experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong mathematical/analytical background with the ability to understand complex data and resolve difficult problems
Technologies:
  • Oracle Sales Cloud, SFDC or any other CRM system
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Experience: Should have 3 to 5 Year of experience in CRM support role (SFDC, Sales Cloud or any other CRM)Should have >=2 years hands on experience on managing customer hierarchy dataShould have hands on experience working in excelEducation details Candidate should have Bachelors Degree ,
