Job Description

  • Ensuring that all working methods and service processes adhere to Sops showing continuous improvement.
  • Implementation of the Company Values, Mission, Vision and Strategic options
  • Organizing, development and control of the customer service operations according to the business concept/model
  • Manage a team of customer service personnel.
  • Managing Customer satisfaction survey (4.5/5 or above)
  • Customer Receivables (payment collection from all clients on regular basis)
  • Quarterly forecasting of new Stock requirement.
  • Daily operations and safety trainings for personnel.
  • Follow-up and analysis of the operational targets and results.
  • Annual planning of resources, growth etc.
  • Implementation of e Lindstrom at the customer site.
  • Updation of records in related Customer service software.
  • Handle escalations and customer grievances
