Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition: CTOAbout The OrganizationAerial Intelligence Company that digitizes the construction life cycle of real estate and infrastructure assets and delivers analytics for the construction industry. Objective Of the RoleWe are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the strategy and development for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships with a laser focus on execution, client satisfaction & creating value. The individual will be a member of Leadership & Executive Team.The CTO will be expected to provide sound technical leadership & quality assurance in all aspects of business. Being a start up the CTO will be required to hire, mentor, and build a world class technology team. The candidate along with the team will ensure the execution of the technology strategy of the team.Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect the CTO to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. The CTO will also communicate with employees, stakeholders, and customers. Being in a leadership role, the CTO will also need to be an excellent communicator and public speaker. RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping the company s strategy & using technological resources to create IP and value, client satisfaction and revenue for the Organization. Also communicate this to investors & stakeholders.Partner with Leadership Team to define, prioritize and realize product roadmapConsolidate Organization s technology platforms and create plans for eachAbility to plan, execute and focus to ensure successful execution of every aspect from hiring the team, executing on near term and strategic agenda, and building world class platforms.Recruiting & managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners, and head the integrations of partner APIs to our platformDriving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development teamDiscover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantageIdentify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs and yield competitive advantage.Develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.Create and oversee all system design and changes in system architectureContinuous Innovation and imbibing a culture of the same in the team and the organization.Work closely with Marketing, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performanceUse stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technologyDesired Candidate ProfileHands-on experience with project execution and managing multiple priorities and problem solving.Ability to hire, build and lead a technology team from scratch.Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsEffective negotiation and vendor management skillsAble to be a big picture thinker while working in the details.Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership roleKnowledge of technological trends to build strategy. Aerial Intelligence company working with visuals (images & videos) and related applications and software for the same would-be a plus.Understanding of budgets and business-planningBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master s degree ininformation technology or a technology-related discipline preferredEight to ten years experience in a software development role, information technology role, or related field; five years in management or leadership roleExperience with technology relative to industry; React, .Net, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, Solr, jQuery, Angular, AWS, IIS, GitHub, Grunt/Gulp, Node.JS, Java/C **** Looking for someone whos technically sound and coming with a Entrepreneurial mindset.Perks and Benefits Stock Options + Profit Sharing,
