Job Description

Job Responsibilities:. Creation of PNR & issuance of ticket across domestic & international bookings.. Reissuance & revalidation of ticket with reference to date change for domestic & international bookings.. Ticket issuance to be done based on deals & agreement with airline / supplier.. Cancel and refund all international bookings requested by direct cancellation through customer login or by calling customer service of Cleartrip.. Verify exact nature of cancellation request full, partial sector, split pax , amended , no show , full refund. Exception cases like visa rejection , medical and death cases.. Once cancellation process is completed, screenshot needs to be captured confirming the same.. Refund to be computed depending on the nature of cancellation as pt.2.. Common action items across all processes.. Ensure proper verification of itinerary mentioned on HQ and airline website for LCC / GDS for full service airlines across all domains.. Document all details accurately using Salesforce CRM.. All calls made to airline should be done using Genesys.. Follow up (Call and Email) with airline/supplier in case of pending ticketing, reissuance, cancellations & refunds.. Provide end-to-end support when it comes to any of the above process.. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams like customer service & finance , external teams like airlines & other ticketing partners .. IATA PreferredQualification: Graduate / Diploma (10 + 2 + 3 / 10 + 3) / Undergraduate (10 + 2)Shifts; Rotational (24/7), 1 day rotational off
