Job Description

    Customer Data Analyst Job Description Exela is hiring a data/business analyst to join our Analyst Relations team to collect & analyse customer data and provide meaningful reports vital for product management, Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams. You will work alongside others, across cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of Global AR. Your main tasks will include performing detailed customer analysis, customer contracts analysis, and product & technology analysis. You will be collaborating with different functional and business heads. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be able to draw inferences from analysing raw data and provide reports to senior management.Customer Data Analyst Responsibilities:Reach out to various stakeholders to gather critical information from meetings and producing useful reportsEvaluating business data, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing data modelsLeading ongoing reviews of sales, marketing and customer data to developing optimization strategiesKey understanding of the products and services that Exela provides to its global client baseConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsPerforming customer data analysisDocumenting and communicating the results of your effortsEffectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and managementUpdating, implementing, and maintaining different company-wide data initiatives, based on business needs and requirementsMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.Customer Data Analyst Requirements:A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related fieldExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Advanced Excel skillsExcellent documentation skillsAbility to communicative effectively with Senior and Executive ManagementExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Access and Outlook.A track record of following through on commitmentsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsA history of leading and supporting successful projects,
