Standardized connect with allregular PurpleHandling Customer complaints end to endCustomer complaints generated in stores / online / viacustomer cell to be addressed effectively within specified TAT.Driving closure on customer complaints by working with theCorporate team and communicating the resolution tocustomers.Status quo communication of complaints to Corporate teamwithin specified TAT.Owning & driving customer metrics NPS, GMB & MA scoresCustomer metrics Deep dive with next best action focus.Driving Healthy Customer EngagementPurple customer gifting leading to Purple share improvementDriving in-store customer celebrations (Birthday & anniversary,milestone events).Handling Online leads ensuring conversionOnline leads to be attended to within specified TAT.Driving conversion of Online leads by working with Logisticsteam and Live chat team to ensure conversion and productdelivery to customers (Domestic / International).Handling CCAF MTO customers end to endCCAF customer queries to be addressed time to time along withcommunication of status regularly.Service to sales conversion of CCAF customers including GHenrollments.Working with the Order in charges and Factory team on promptdelivery of Customer orders and communicating the status tocustomers regularly to avoid escalations.
