Job Description

Performance Management1. Track the monthly performance of the full delivery organization / action plans and review circle O&M teams on progress. With More focus towards one or More customers2. Device circle wise action plan plan for failing metrics for the respective customerOperations Support1. Customer interface for identified Customers2.To ensure monthly customer review /meetings and strategic enabler for business sustianance with respective customers3. Resolution of challenging customer issues through sustained interaction with circles O&M teams4. Track performance metrics for circles by carrying out critical issue analysis and support with possibl steps to be taken5. Drive the action plan at respective zone6. To ensure improved O&M CSAT score for respective customer .7 Carry out analysis of Critical KPIs , trending and work for possible solutions/ FixesLead special projects in Operations & Maintenance1. Identify the pre-requisites, scope, delivery and success / exit creterion for the special projects identifdied2. Implementation of action plans devised pan India for identified customers3. Lay down quality guidelines for implementation on the ground, ensure that partners comply to quality guidelines.4. Support greater collaboration between Indus and customers on mutually agreed O&M projects5. Synergising and harnessing best O&M practices identified between customer & Indus teamTo ensure Budgetary Control and Compliance to ensure efficiency1. To ensure timely allocation of capex and opex budget as per AOP.2.Timely allocation of additional budget for specific requirement of circle/customer .3.To continuously monitor the budget and its compliance., *Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:B.E./B.Tech(Electrical/Electronics)Knowledge RequiredKnowledge of Passive Infrastructure ProductsSkills / CompetenciesIndependent, self-confident and well organized with analytical mind and Business Outcome DrivenRelevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)8-10 Years experience and proven track records in Deployment/O&M in Service Industry.
