Job Description

    • Contacting prospective clients, enhance the business by generating business from new clients achieving consistent profitability
    • Acting as a liaison between customer and production managers in order to handle customer complaint and providing customer satisfaction.
    • Agent performance monitoring.
    • Preparing and analyzing sales Target & reviewing the performance of market.
    • Follow up and monitoring of sales activities in the regions.
    • Proper execution of sales order and its dispatch and follow-up till Invoices, Payment follow-up with Customers and Suppliers.
    • Payment follow-up with buyers Maintaining Parties ledger account.
    • Follow-up for sales inquiries
    • Regular Follow up for the payments
    • Managing Customer conflicts and client retention
    • Shall be responsible for day-to-day sales operations.
    • Take part in market development through , phone calls, scheduling appointments and cold calls to get new customers
