Job Description

Job description:- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination with the sales team to check/verify Application form with necessary.KYC documentation and approve the same on the system.Coordination with legal team to get the documents ready for agreements.Coordinate with Banks for home loan processing & disbursements.Milestone/periodic Billing to the customer as per the construction milestone.Responsible for maintaining quick turnaround time for documents like issuance.Allotment, Registration of AFS & ATC.Responsible for a timely solution to document related Complaints.Require adhering to all the SOPs.Coordination with all stakeholders and facilitate them with various MIS reports.
