Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!We are hiring for Customer ServiceRoles and Responsibilities:

  • To handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • To handle emails received from the customers.
  • To handle chats received from the customers.
  • Should respond to all the chats received in a day.
  • Should respond to all the emails received in a day.
  • Males candidates only (comfortable working in shifts and rotational workdays, 1 week night shift in a month)
  • Entering patient information into a customer information system.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting them with the issues/concerns
