Customer Service Agent, #75260BR, Pune, Maharashtra, IN Customer Service Agent, #75260BR, Pune, Maharashtra, IN Main Responsibilities:Receive document the orders received from the Customers convey them to the Ecolab warehouse.Ensure accurate entry of the Customers Purchase Orders placed on Ecolab India in AccPac.Ensure that the all consignments are dispatched with in predefined time lines. Receive, maintain redress the customer complaints submit weekly report to SCM. Ensure the feedback to internal external the Customers on the Despatches/ Deliveries of the Goods against the Orders.Co- ordinate follow up with the Customs Clearing agent (3PL) for early/ timely clearance of goods.Receive, maintains updates the Import documentation.Ensure the timely creation maintenance of the Item Master/ Product master in AccPac.Ensure accurate Goods receipt entry in AccPac for all imported/ local products received in the warehouse.Follow up for the local RFO items purchase quotations deliveries. (items include consumables like cables, nuts/ bolts required for the installation of the equipments, other locally developed items like spray bottles etc)Maintain and compile monthly/ weekly/ Daily reports documents.Generating stock transfer note for warehouse transferChecking maintaining records of various debit notes send by 3PLMIS Report Management.Customer Complaints Register (Weekly - Institutions F B). Prepare a report on the Customer complaints received, redresses in progress actual complaints closed.Customer Pending Orders(Daily) Actual Deliveries against the Purchase Orders placed by the customers, Pending orders/ back orders along with the reasons.Collection of Monthly cut off documents from all warehousesMaintaining GRN file for all inward material.Maintaining warehouse wise freight/ other fixed variable expenses recordsEvery day, we make the world cleaner, safer and healthier protecting people and vital resources.
