Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Researching required information using available resources- Helping website inquiries, WhatsApp chat & emails.
    • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
    • Providing customers with the organizations service and product information.
    • Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
    • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
    • Sending Customer Feedback form on emails & gathering data/feedback against product and company services.
    • Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
    • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
    • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.Desired Candidate Profile
      • Monday - Saturday work.
      • 9 am - 6 pm
      • Experience in dealing with people.
      • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with writing with proper grammar.
      • Ability to work with others in a cordial manner.
      • Good computer skills.
      • Good multitasking skills.
      • Must be a Team Player.
      • Have a good attitude - Should be committed to the work.
      • Typing Speed: Min 25-30 Wpm.
