To recover dues of delinquent customer by giving them various repayment schemes asper allocation through in-house and as per RBI guidelines, process & policies laid downby the organization within set timelines. He would be responsible for repayments of overdue accounts of customers in all bucketsand for various products. (Through phone Calls) Preferably from Credit card , Insurance, Mobile, Mutual Fund,StockMarket Sales Background etc Possess good written and oral communication Delinquent Customer regress follow-up Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure Would be responsible to provide advise/solution in accordance to the Need of thecustomerSkill Requirements Strong verbal communication skills High level of confidence Ability to handle customers over the phone Good negotiation skills Good co-ordinator with networking skills is a must. Never say no approach towards work.
