Aces Automotives llp is the Delearship Showroom of Automobile electric Scooters.Our company is looking for a professional Service Executive (Back Office) for Pune Satara Road, Pune location to oversee all post sales part at our Showroom. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support.Responsibilities:Responsible for greeting clients, listening to customer requests, scheduling service appointments and estimating repair costs.Assisting customers in determining problems with their vehicles while providing accurate repair descriptions to technicians.Responsible for test driving vehicles, conducting inspections and verifying insurance coverage.Overseeing and managing the service scheduling and workflow.Explaining warranties and service.Educational Qualification:Any Graduate or post graduate(If Experienced) or relevant certifications.Experience:-6 Months to 3 years of experience in same field.Office Timings: Normal office timings.Required Skills: Comprehension skills.
