Job Description

    Education: Bachelor in BE/ BTech in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical EngineeringExperience: 6 to 8 Years in in Healthcare industry as Service EngineerRoles & ResponsibilitiesImprove and secure the serviceability of healthcare system monitoring products and sub products by representing the service organization in the product development process along with cross functional and multiple modalitiesInvestigate new designed products on their serviceability based upon the defined (general) service requirements. Advises development on how to realize an optimal serviceability of the component.Translate the (general) service requirements into product specific service requirements.Support the development project in the realizations of the serviceability. Create overall test design including test cases for verification and validation of service functionalities in the product and the overall serviceability of the product.Defines, creates and publishes the required spare parts for the specific product as well as the service deliverable package (documentation and e-information).Improves the service deliverable package of the applicable sub systems/component based on field feedback.Participates in improvement projects on reliability/serviceability of the applicable sub-systems components.Participates in the product monitoring phase post release, supports field engineers in corrective maintenance improving customer experience.Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership teamDemonstrated ability to effectively work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the design meets their expectations and needsResult oriented and disciplined team worker, ability to work independently and with cross-functional teamOpen mindset and positive can do attitudeSkills & ExperienceAgile Product Lifecycle Management, Analog Design, Analog Devices, Analog Electronics, Digital Circuits, EMC Design, EMC Test, Engineering Product Development, Medical Devices Engineering, Product Lifecycle, Research and Development (R&D), Risk Analytics, Risk Assessment Analysis,
