The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to global customers.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
    • Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
    • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
    • Meet productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
    Required Skills
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service or International Voice Process.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
    • Good interpersonal and listening skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
    • Graduate/Undergraduate can apply (as per company requirements).
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Customer Care, Technical Support, or Voice Process.
    • Exposure to US, UK, Australia, or International customer support processes
