Job Description: This position is responsible to provide World Class Customer Service to Medlines Dutch Customers and Sales Representatives. Some of the responsibilities are: Order Entry for Dutch Customers. Ensures Order maintenance in QAD and also appropriate maintenance for EDI orders, from order entry to order Invoicing. Review all reports on a regularly basis to ensure proper maintenance and to support month end and year end closings Follow internal processes and policies & Work related SLA s. Keep updated about any new system or process enhancements. Follow required training to perform the job with great efficiency. Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager or Head of Department/ Division. Place claims & complaints. Skills / Experience / Qualifications Essential Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaison with European counterparts in Spanish language. Basic Dutch language skills is a Must . Methodic and structured organization skills. Self-motivated and able to prioritize and organize a busy workload. Proficient with MS Office. Able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team with different cultural and national backgrounds. Confident in dealing with individuals at all levels internally. Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree and relevant experience with Customer Service function. Customer Services training is a plus. Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience is desired. Hands-on experience on QAD as an ERP is a Plus. Strong administrative background. Previous Customer Service Experience. Knowledge of the medical supplies market place is a Plus. Experience in related business functions such as purchasing, supply chain or sales is Plus.,
