    Job Description
    • Handling inbound / Email and Chat queries and giving timely and accurate resolution.
    • Should effectively handle objections with respect to the issue customer has raised
    • Should be flexible with shift timings
    • Graduates with Good communication skills in English & Hindi
    • Candidate should have experience working in any Contact Center . (Versant 5 in English),
    • Should be ready to work in Rotational shifts.
    • Candidates shortlisted will be working for Voice /Email/Chat LOBs
    • Full Time and WFO only
    Skillset Required
    • Excellent Command Over English & Hindi Language
    • Strong Listening & Comprehending skills
    • Good Multitasking skills, Hands on with computer basics and should have tight Grasping ability
    • Customer Centricity and Sincerity towards the assigned tasks
    • Should have tolerant & Composed attitude (Especially while talking to the customer)
    • Should be aware of the basic fundamentals of using a computer.
