Job Description

  • Manage and implement marketing plans and strategies for digital acquisition of global Indian clients
  • Responsible for all communications sent to Global India clients / circulated internally
  • Create and own Communication Calendars for all client communication .
  • Work towards Contextual marketing for client led communications for Global Indians
  • Responsible for reviewing and checking efficacy of communications being sent and their impact on business
  • Improvise / optimize communications to get the best outcomes on campaigns
  • Liaise with agencies, associated with DBS or its subsidiaries on communication creation and be the one touch contact point for them.
  • Effective stakeholder management in Global Indian banking for all communication requirements
  • Handling all branch support / adhoc requirements on creatives
  • Conceptualize and implement campaigns based on client segmentation, aiming better Cross-sell of wealth products to ensure greater share of wallet
  • Support to enhance Client value proposition for the Global Indian offering improving client engagement across aspects like on-boarding, activation, rewards & privileges
  • Arrange for periodic reviews on Communication updates and progress of the deliverables agreed
Jobs Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for generating leads
  • Strategies to increase acquisition through strategic alliances and other partnership.
  • Finding out opportunities in various global markets towards enhancing acquisition strategies
  • Analyzing the leads received and optimization of channels.
  • Manage agency partners.
  • One point of contact for Global Indian communications
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.
  • NRI business background would be added advantage
Education and Preferred QualificationGraduate / Post Graduate with relevant number of years of experience in financial services industry and specifically in retail banking is preferable.,
