We are looking for a Customer Support Officer for CPPT based out of Pune .Please find below the job description for the same
Preparing Sales Orders Follow up with Logistics for dispatch
Maintain Documentations for orders / TO registration
Generate AGEREC OR/OI reports through SAP and send to Sales Team weekly
Coordinate with HO team for creating item masters
Dealers Performance target review ,BG/Credit limit review
Follow-up with Marcom for marketing materials ordering and distribution
Support to arrange sales meetings, product launch, seminars, exhibitions and road shows, customer satisfaction surveys
-Timely adjustments of receipts and follow up with ACBS.
-Book Commission and timely release of payments, Credit limit request, sanction
note refund cases
-Dealer agreement
-SAP implementation and support team as and when required.
-BKU (Business key user) check list to be monitored daily or weekly basis.
-Supporting team and provide quick solution /raising SOLMAN ticket
-Coordinate with PC Logistic for GIT / PO related issue
-Customer master data reviewing
